Human Resources Advisor
Location: LondonWe are looking for an HR Advisor to join our small team as the only member of the HR team based in London and you will provide front line HR support for all 90 members of this office.
We are looking for an HR Advisor to join our small team of 2. The purpose of this role is to develop our line managers on all HR practices. You will also be responsible for ensuring our teams are motivated and promoting the development of internal talent. This is a front line HR role, as the only member of the HR team based in our London office you will provide front line HR support for all 90 members of this office.
To be successful you must hold CIPD membership and 2 + years’ experience in a similar advisory role. Experience in performance management and recruitment are highly advantageous. We are looking for someone with; great communication skills, a pragmatic approach to problem solving, the ability to deal with confidential and sensitive issues/information and a proven ability in supporting, and influencing line managers.
This role is based in London and the salary range is £25 - 30k depending on experience. In addition to our excellent benefits package, the role attracts a company bonus.
