Committed to developing potential talent, we support both the Advanced IT Apprenticeship for Software and Web Developers and the IT Modern Apprenticeship in Hardware and Networking.
Apprenticeships provide you with hands-on technical experience in the workplace, learning on the job from your team, extensive technical training and full exposure in IT and business systems. As part of the brightsolid family, you’ll find people ready to help you at every turn. In addition, as an apprentice you will benefit from a buddy system to help you make the transition into the world of work. Your buddy will show you the ropes and make sure you settle in.
By the end of your apprenticeship, in return for your passion and commitment, you will receive the following qualifications:
Software and web developers
- Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) in Software Development Fundamentals
- City & Guilds Certificates in IT Systems and Principles
- City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in IT Professional Competence
Hardware and networking
- Microsoft Certification Technical Specialist (MCTS)
- CompTIA A+
- City & Guild Diploma and Certificate
- Essential Skills for Apprentices
- SVQ Level 3 certificate
