With a managed service there is no need to worry about the management of your infrastructure. In other words, you don’t need to employ in house specialist IT staff, and more importantly, don’t have to invest large amounts of capital into building a secure, reliable, “always on” data centre – that’s our job. As part of the managed service brightsolid will also provide the equipment, set it up to meet your requirements and implement it in one of our state-of-the-art data centres

Managed Hosting Benefits:

  • Service Level Agreements - committed service level agreement to ensure high quality performance with optional vulnerability tests
  • Support - 24/7 monitoring of all hardware and Operating System services
  • Help Desk – standard hours weekdays 08.30 to 17.30, except Friday 08.30 to 17.00 with optional 24/7 support if required
  • Remote Control – our 'intelligent hands' service allows changes to your equipment without the need for your own physical access (following ITIL best practice Change Management processes).
  • Security - data back-up, managed firewall services and anti-virus service are optional

Optional Dedicated Service Management

  • Service Management – your Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and Accountability.  Regular face to face or tele-conference service meetings.
  • ITIL certified Service Management team have day-to-day operational responsibility for availability and on-going continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Service Level Reporting: Regular reporting gives you the assurance of service performance against the Service Level Agreements  
  • Deep Dive Analysis - gets to root cause of any problems
