Our partners’ Security Operation Centre monitors any threat to our network 24/7, alerting us to anomalies which could disrupt customer services that allow us to quickly implement our mitigation service.
Once the mitigation service is activated, targeted traffic is re-directed via our partners scrubbing centres and then returned once safe to do so. In extreme cases we can black-hole targeted traffic, avoiding disruption to the rest of the customer base.
Our direct connections to our network partners scrubbing centres, coupled with operationally excellent procedures mean that we can mitigate service disruption and work to keep your services online and working throughout a DDoS attack.
