Solution design
Our in-house design team of network, server and solution architects work through all considerations, using as many whiteboards as necessary until both teams are happy the right solution is in place.

Account management
Design and implementation is the very start of a brightsolid customer journey. Once in operation, our account management and customer service teams join forces with your own IT departments to optimise the service through a series of ongoing reviews.

We endeavour to spend at least 15 hours a year with each of our customers, usually on their site so our customer service team understand the key challenges facing your team.

Step 3 – Security

Security is at the heart of everything we do.

Comprehensive monitoring is included as part of any brightsolid managed service and includes:

  • Operating system availability and performance
  • Network availability and performance
  • DDoS detection and protection
  • Power utilisation
  • Application monitoring

For full in-flight coverage, we use a third party DDoS protection expert.

Our central control system records everything in one view on Graylog, allowing us to identify trends and issues early.

We’re proud to use open source technology like Graylog, it means we keep our costs to a minimum and present transparent and simple pricing models to you.

Vulnerability scanning is completed at least once a month to discover and mitigate any new vulnerabilities that may have crept aboard.
